The teams pull out all the stops to impress judges Jocelyn Delk Adams, Amanda Freitag and Zac Young, and the most impressive cake advances one team to the grand finale.

Casey Webb challenges three teams of Christmas bakers and their ice sculptors to create colossal Christmas tree cake displays complete with edible presents, ornaments and pyrotechnics. The team whose creation impresses judges Jocelyn Delk Adams, Amanda Freitag and Zac Young the most advances to the grand finale.
4. Santa's Christmas Eve
It's the night before Christmas, and Santa Claus is coming to town! Casey Webb challenges the three remaining baking teams and their ice sculptors to create the ultimate night before Christmas cake display featuring the big man himself. Judges Jocelyn Delk Adams, Amanda Freitag and Zac Young watch as the teams escalate their designs to make the most memorable Christmas cake on record and win the $25,000 prize. (!)
