The Big Three and their Pearson parents are cashing in for "ThIs Is Us" Season 3.

According to Justin Hartley (Kevin) will now earn $4.5 million per season.

That breaks down to $250,000 per episode -- including their respective g bonuses -- with Season 3 running for 18 episodes.

That's a big jump for everyone, although not the same jump. Metz, for example, only made $40,000 to start, vs. the more famous Ventimiglia at $155,000 an episode. Chris Sullivan (Toby) -- also renegotiated this year or not.

These "This Is Us" raises are pretty substantial, but still nowhere near the $1 million an episode of "Friends" lore, plus "The Big Bang Theory," and -- as THR noted -- the new season of "Big Little Lies."

"This Is Us" Season 2 ended with "The Wedding," which had Randall's flash-forward, among other things.

"This Is Us" Season 3 premiered Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 9 p.m. on NBC. Mandy Moore warned fans about that "Huh?" moment.
